Here are the Rules
This is a Diva La Sports (DLS) promotion and all entries are used strictly for the purpose of this promotion. The drawing will be held on 4/4/2012 by the DLS staff. Only one (1) prize package will be awarded and the person drawn has 48 hours from the time of being notified, by phone, to claim her/his prize...only a telephone notification will be made. Should the person not respond within 48 hours, an alternate drawing will be made with the same opportunity offered. DLS will continue to use alternate drawings until the prize is claimed. Any duplicate entries will disqualify the person making the duplicate entries. A person may register for another person, however, the person claiming the prize must be at least 18 years of age with legal proof of Identification. DLS is serving as the promotional media company for this promotion, however, DLS is not responsible for the validation of the prizes with respect to expiration dates, etc...All prizes have been donated by participating merchants who wish to help promote your local female athletes..."Stay Strong - Play On" is a national theme used by DLS, the Womens Sports Foundation, and other organizations in promoting female sports!
